Extremely temperamental. The machines suck up all your money and time switching from machine to machine trying to find one that works. I have been using circuit for 6 months now as i am in university and 9/10 times the whole ordeal is stressful and time consuming. I also find that the finish leaves my clothes rough and sticky to the touch despite following all the requirements. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Worst laundry company ever. For you guys who are looking for a small business. This is a chance for you. Buy some laundry machine and put them in some places with a better system and service. And you will earn lots of money because we will have more options to choose. We will never use the laundry machines from this company.
This company is probably one of the worst companies to ever exist and its unfortunate that we don't have a choice in who our laundry services provider is. Topped up 3 times only to be told the top up code was invalid. When I spoke to someone on the phone i was told my card number was invalid. However there is no prompt on the website to inform you of this which is what I'm failing to understand. And then you get charged 3 admin fee to process a refund of your own money.
The washing machines more often than not don't spin properly so you end up with completely sodden clothes. However, in my experience if you call them when this happens they'll refund you some money back onto your card. It would just be nice if the machines did their jobs in the first place. I get that students don't always use machines effectively or look after them but we pay enough per wash that Circuit should be keeping the laundry rooms in good order.
