Excellent as always. The friendly staff, the superb food and the terrific beer all add up to a fantastic place. I didn't mention the cosy interior and fantastic log fires. Running out of superlatives!
Lovely little place. Best Gluten free fish n chips I've ever had. Service a little slow while we were there but it was very busy. Would definitely go back.

Spot on. We go about once a month, the food is always good and so are the staff. Car park is a bit small so you sometimes have to park on the road. Highly recommended.
Visited this pub after hearing about it from one of my neighbours. Managed to book a table on the same day after they squeezed us in. We arrived a bit early for our table and got ourselves a drink and spoke to the owner who was very friendly and would tell us when our table was ready. Menu had very good choices and everything sounded great. Food was really good, tasty, big portions and excellent value for money. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely go back soon.
